The Activity Director will be responsible for the development of a diversified activity and exercise programs geared towards the varying degrees of physical, mental and emotional needs represented by the entire community resident population.
The Care Coordinator maintains a compassionate and caring attitude toward residents, resident’s families, prospective residents, and staff under all kinds of circumstances and conditions. This person provides the overall direction and coordination to all MedTechs & Caregivers.
Provides compassionate daily care and support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal support while promoting dignity and independence. Builds meaningful relationships with residents and helps create a safe, engaging, and comfortable community environment. Assists with light housekeeping of residents apartments as needed.
The Concierge team member warmly welcomes residents and guests while managing calls, inquiries, and daily front desk operations to ensure a positive and professional community experience.
The Cook prepares meals according to approved menus while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and proper kitchen organization standards. Responsibilities include meal preparation, food storage, special dietary accommodations, temperature logging, and supporting special events and daily kitchen operations.
The Dining Services Director oversees and implements the dining program in accordance with company standards and governmental regulations. Meeting operational, financial, and personnel expectations of the department.
The Dishwasher/Server assists with meal service, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, organized dining and kitchen environment. Responsibilities include serving residents, sanitizing dishes and work areas, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and food safety standards are maintained.
Housekeeping staff ensure that all Resident’s individual apartments are cleaned daily per the posted Schedule of the Housekeeping Policies and Procedures. Housekeepers are also responsible for cleaning all common areas within the community. Team member is also responsible for residents’ laundry.
The Maintenance Director responds to problems and issues related to building maintenance, which includes construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing and the repair of basic maintenance equipment.
Administers medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and community policies while ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for changes in resident condition. Supports residents with daily care needs and communicates effectively with the care team to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. Assists with ADLs and light housekeeping of residents apartments as needed.
Sales Assistant / Move In Coordinator Supports the sales and leasing process by assisting prospective residents and families through inquiries, tours, paperwork, and move-in coordination to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the community. Maintains strong communication with residents, families, and internal departments while helping create a positive first impression and exceptional customer experience. Also responsible for rents and collections.
